St www.vioagora.gr we want you to always be happy with your purchases from our eshop and we follow a flexible return policy, always in accordance with existing legislation and the conditions of the companies/manufacturers of the products we sell.
If you received a defective product, if there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request its replacement or return and by extension a refund of your money, as long as the following Terms and Conditions are met:
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be securely packed to protect them in transit
- Products must have been purchased exclusively from www.vioagora.gr
- Products must be in excellent condition, unused and in their original packaging with all tags and tags attached.
- Products must be sent with all accompanying documents (retail receipt or invoice and Return Form)
- Defective products are only replaced with identical products

- Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
