If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional €2 (applies to orders up to €30).

Delivery times range from 9am to 5pm. In case you are not available for collection during this time, you can collect from the courier company using the shipping code received via sms and email from www.vioagora.gr.

In the event that we encounter a problem while processing your order (such as out-of-stock products from the manufacturer), a representative of ours will call you on the phone number you provided to provide you with the best possible solution.

All orders are processed on the next working day of receiving your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered working days. In the event that the ordered products are not immediately available, we will ship your order as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

Delivery time may vary in some cases, such as hard-to-reach areas / islands, during holiday periods or heavy workload of courier companies. Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery times.

If, for any reason, you would like to receive your order earlier than expected, you can call us to arrange for you to have it as soon as possible. We will make every effort to serve you.
