Order, shipping, payment

 

How can I order;

 

  1. Online:

Entering piccolo-fashion.gr, you place your order by selecting the product you are interested in, the quantity and other characteristics and pressing the "add to cart" button. By following the step-by-step instructions, you will complete your order, with the option to have it delivered to the address of your choice or pick it up from our store.

 

  1. Email or Social Media:

You can send us the codes of the products you are interested in via Facebook Messenger or direct message on Instagram. We will reply as soon as we receive your message.

 

  1. By phone:

Write the codes of the products you are interested in and call us on 2262 081422 We will help you with any question you have and guide you to choose the products that will meet your needs. We are available from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.

 

  1. In the store:

We will be happy to meet you personally at our physical store located at 2 Loxis Falangos Street, 32200 Thebes.

The Store is open Monday-Wednesday-Saturday from 09.00 to 14.00, and Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 09.00 to 13.30 & from 17:00 to 20:30.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The dispatch of your order - as long as the products are available - takes place within 2 working days. Under normal circumstances you will receive in 3-5 working days from the day of your order. 

Do you ship orders overseas?

If you are interested in shipping abroad, you can send us your request to [email protected] or call us on 2262 081422.

Can I request my product(s) in a gift box?

Yes, you can choose the gift packaging during the completion of your order, through the special "Gift Packaging" check box.

Can I cancel my order?

In case you want to cancel the order, call us quoting your order number, or cancel via your email.

How are orders shipped/delivered?

Orders are sent with the courier companies we cooperate with.

How much does the shipping cost;

For orders up to €30, shipping costs €5, while for orders from €31 and above, shipping is free.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

 

In order to complete your purchase by paying by credit/debit card, you are directed to the secure website of the Bank _______________, where you enter your credit/debit card details. This information is not sent back to us. Your transaction and your card details are secured by Piraeus Bank.

 

Can I return what I bought?
